Returns & Refunds Policy (No Returns / No Refunds)

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please ensure you review your order carefully (including size, color, and delivery details) before completing checkout.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receiving it if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective, or

  • You receive the wrong item

Email kwadwo7mgmt@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos (and/or video) showing the issue and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate resolution (such as a replacement or store credit, depending on availability). We do not offer refunds.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Personal care goods


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item/size and it’s still available, you’ll need to place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days under EU consumer rules, except where exemptions apply (for example, for certain sealed goods, hygiene-related items, or made-to-order items).
